You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design to you.

4. Print-on-demand products
Our products are printed to order by third-party production partners. Because of this:

• Colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen, due to display settings and the printing process.
• Print placement, size, and fabric or material shade may vary slightly between items and production runs.
• Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Product information and pricing
We try to keep product descriptions, sizing charts, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund if payment has already been taken. Please review the size chart before ordering.

6. Orders and payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or stock or production issues. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, and any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Because items are made to order, we offer size exchanges only, along with remedies for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

9. Use of the site
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or to submit false or misleading information.
